Our Founder & Director
Zainab Fazal, M.ADS, BCBA, began her career in the developmental disabilities field in 2002, and has dedicated her clinical work and research in the area of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA). Zainab completed her honours undergraduate degree at York University in Psychology and Communication Studies. She received her Master’s of Applied Disabilities Studies degree with an emphasis in Applied Behaviour Analysis from Brock University. Her most recent professional designation was received in 2014 when she successfully passed the Behaviour Analyst Certification Board examinations and became a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA).
She has extensive experience in the area of ABA, and has worked for many years in assessing and developing comprehensive programs plans for children, youth, and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), learning disabilities, other developmental disabilities, behavioural challenges, and mental health issues. Zainab has also worked with various agencies and organizations using the principles of ABA to increase performance management systems. Most recently, she has steered her clinical practice to include specific strategies for separated and divorced families.
